Join our sessions and we will show you and guide you on how to:

-create virtual files
-scan all your documents onto your smartphone
-name your documents
-organise your documents into your files
-save your files
-locate specific files with ease


This way, you’ll have everything for your appointments on your phone so you won't need to carry any paper.

Once scanned in, you can shred all those letters and papers. This will give you an amazing sense of relief!

All you need to bring is all of your paperwork, a  fully charged smartphone and yourself!


There will be light refreshments provided.
